The bedrooms

The house has a central living room with a wing on each side containing: A double room with two beds that can be made up as a king sized double, with ensuite bathroom/shower-room and a sitting area, a single room, a twin bed room that can be made up as a queen size double bed, a shower room in the corridor. The bathrooms have bidets and all the showers have large shower heads.

Capacity

Overall capacity is for 10 adults with the possibility of adding a baby cot. The layout is such that two families can enjoy a holiday together whilst still retaining a degree of autonomy. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished. They have desks, local artwork on the walls and colourful throw rugs on the floor. ​Large french windows overlooking the sea provide a pleasant through draft with the windows opening onto the terrace. All rooms have overhead ventilators and air-conditioning.

Gaios Wing - Ensuite

Comfortable kingsize double bed that can make up into two twins. Spacious cupboards, dressing table/desk. Sitting area with coffee table. Air conditioning and overhead fan. French windows giving onto the terrace with a private seating area outside. Ensuite shower room with box shower, large basin with wall mirror, WC and bidet, 2 windows. Amenities, laundry peg dryer and basket, hairdryer.

There is plenty of space in the ensuite rooms for a child's cot (provided on request)


Loggos Wing - Ensuite

Comfortable kingsize double bed that can make up into two twins. Spacious cupboards, dressing table/desk. Sitting area with coffee table. Airconditioning and overhead Fan. French windows giving onto the terrace with a private seating area outside. Ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, large basin with wall mirror, WC and bidet, 2 windows. Loggos Wing - Twin

Airconditioning and overhead Fan.  Shared shower room in the Loggos wing with the Single bedroom. Box shower, large basin with wall mirror, WC and bidet, window. Amenities, laundry peg dryer, hairdryer.

Gaios Wing - Twin

Twin beds that can make up into a queen-size double. Cupboard and desk. Armchairs. French window onto the front terrace. Airconditioning and overhead fan. Shared shower room in the Gaios wing with the Single bedroom. Box shower, large basin with wall mirror, WC, window. Amenities, laundry peg dryer, hairdryer. The twin room can be opened up to communicate with the single room, excellent for smaller children or a family room.

Loggos Wing - Single

Single bed room. Cupboard and desk. Armchair. French window onto the front terrace. Airconditioning and overhead fan. Shared shower room in the Gaios wing with the Twin bedroom. Box shower, large basin with wall mirror, WC, window. Amenities, laundry peg dryer, hairdryer

Bathrooms

The house has 4 bathrooms that have been completely refurbished in 2021. Two en-suites, one with a bathtub, all the bathrooms have a large overhead shower.
