The common areas
A comfortable, well appointed Villa, sleeps 10 with a great deal of indoor and outdoor living space
The house was built in 1975 using top class local materials and is in excellent condition. Completely refurbished it offers luxury and spacious island accommodation.
The lay out faces the sea. In the centre of the Villa is a large living room with open fireplace, a raised dining area and a large kitchen.
Front terrace outdoor dining
A large roofed area provides plenty of shade out front for dining with the added charm of a barbecue. The front terrace is lit by dusk to dawn lights with views over the bay. A side terrace, lit at night, offers breathtaking views over Corfu. Led lamps ensure romantic lighting for drinks and dining and a safe entrance for those returning late at night.
Back terrace outdoor dining
Ideal for breakfast, as the sun is not too strong, and the table can be left set for those that like a leisure wakening.
Dining can take place either on the Front Terrace, overlooking the Bay, on the Back Terrace where there is shade in the mornings, or inside on the separate dining area for the occasional wet and windy days.
There is also a table in the large kitchen for snacks or small children.
Indoor Dining
It rains 2 % of the year in Paxos, but were it to happen while on the island, you will be covered, literally. Seats 10 people.
Kitchen
A large, spacious, slightly old-fashioned kitchen equipped with all modern utilities offers ample facilities for even the most demanding cook. Large fridge, cooker with oven, microwave, and a host of indispensable items such as an espresso machine, toaster and kettle, food mixer, casserole dishes etc offer scope to all nationalities. A separate pantry area with double sink, dishwasher and washing machine allow the mundane to be separated from the artists at work over the stove.
The newly added bar area, features a cold storage fridge for drinks, a separate red wine cupboard, an ice making machine and a small bar area with seating giving onto the main living area.
Living Room
The large sitting room and offset dining area offer plenty of living room for those that do not like being out in the midday sun or for those odd days with rain. Comfortable large armchairs and sofas, excellent led lighting for good visibility in the evenings, TV, music, and a place to chill out at night.
For those still coping with working from home, there is a dedicated desk with printer.
Front Terrace
The Villa comes fully furnished with all linen, towels and beach towels. Front terrace, with magnificent sea views has 10 sunbeds with towelling covers and umbrellas. There is also direct access to the beach and a shower
Side Terrace aka Nikki beach
Ideal for an aperitivo, to read a book, or just to differentiate the space. Comfortable arm chairs and an overhead covering for shade with magnificent views towards Corfu.
Garden
Ideal for an aperitivo, to read a book, or just for a work or a work out. It is cared for by gardeners who come to water regularly and fortnightly to check on the plants etc. They try not to be intrusive,
Garage
The Villa has a garage behind the house that is accessed by the back road from Fontana. It is not paved and should be driven with care. However it is very convenient for a big shop though many supermarkets will deliver.
Parking can also be found behind the beach area. Access to the Villa is then across the beach and up a few shallow stairs.
