The common areas
A comfortable, well appointed Villa, sleeps 10 with a great deal of indoor and outdoor living space
The house was built in 1975 using top class local materials and is in excellent condition. Completely refurbished it offers luxury and spacious island accommodation.
The lay out faces the sea. In the centre of the Villa is a large living room with open fireplace, a raised dining area and a large kitchen.
There are 2 corridors off this main area, each one leading to a large double room with ensuite bathroom/shower room, a smaller double/twin room which can be connected to the next door single bedroom, and a shared shower room.
The House is surrounded by terraces and all the rooms have large french windows with a view of the sea.
Different dining options
A large canopy provides a shaded area for eating out front with a barbecue. The front terrace is lit by dusk to dawn lights with views over the bay. A side terrace, lit at night, offers breathtaking views over Corfu. Led lamps ensure romantic lighting for drinks and dining and a safe entrance for those returning late at night.

Living Room
The large sitting room and offset dining area offer plenty of living room for those that do not like being out in the midday sun or for those odd days with rain. Comfortable large armchairs and sofas, excellent led lighting for good visibility in the evenings, TV, music, and a place to chill out at night.
Terraces
The Villa comes fully furnished with all linen, towels and beach towels. Front terrace, with magnificent sea views has 10 sunbeds and 5 umbrellas. There is also direct access to the beach and a shower

The house has a central living room with a wing on each side containing: A double room with two beds that can be made up as a king sized double, with ensuite bathroom/shower-room and a sitting area, a single room, a twin bed room that can be made up as a queen size double bed, a shower room in the corridor. All bathrooms have bidets and large shower heads.
Capacity
Overall capacity is for 10 adults with the possibility of adding a baby cot. The layout is such that two families can enjoy a holiday together whilst still retaining a degree of autonomy. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished. They have desks, local artwork on the walls and colourful throw rugs on the floor. Large french windows overlooking the sea provide a pleasant through draft with the windows opening onto the back terrace.

Daily maid service
The Villa comes fully furnished with all linen, towels and beach towels. Maid service for 3hours per day for 6 days is included. She knows both the house and the Island very well and can help sort out most problems. She is English and speaks some Greek. Her responsibilities included making up the bedrooms, cleaning bathrooms, tidying the kitchen - but it is not her job to do the washing up (there is a dishwasher for that).
Starter Hampers
It can be pleasant not to have to go out immediately to shop so the Villa offers 3 levels of starter Hamper:
Basics: Household necessities, water, juices and the basics for breakfast.
Cold Meal: The basics plus the ingredients for a cold meal of Greek Salad, beer and wine.
Warm Meal: Brought to the villa in the afternoon, starters, moussaka to heat in the oven and cake with ice-cream.
TakeAway Service: The Carnayo restaurant in Gaios has a daily take away menu for those wanting to eat at home but not wanting to cook.
House Extras
The Villa has a series of little extras to ensure that your holiday is as problem free as possible and your suitcase free for you.
Cot & HighChair: Let us know. We have the necessary for a small child, complete with linen.
Beach Towels: provided together with lounger towelling covers
Scuba diving gear: Some masks etc are available together with lilos and some beach toys.
Washing Machine: Useful for a change of clothes for small children. Water always remains a problem so please use sparingly.
Drying racks: Each bathroom has a peg hanger and there are drying racks outside.
